At tinymates.co, we stand behind our products. If you’re not completely satisfied, we make returns simple.
30-Day No Questions Asked Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return — no questions asked.
We accept returns for any reason, including:
- You changed your mind
- The item didn’t meet expectations
- You simply don’t want it anymore
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in original condition (unused, unworn, and in original packaging)
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
How to Start a Return

⚠️ Returns must be requested before sending items back. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.
International Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
We will offer a free replacement or full refund, no return required in most cases.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return:
- Personal care items (if opened or used)

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
